This company is the grand old man of the Sydney awning business (it was established in 1886): today it’s a wholesale company that also has a retail arm. It carries a big range of awnings (fold-arm, conservatory, straight-drop and much more): everything from basic rope-and-pulley manual verandah awnings to the sort of motorised, remote-control, fully-cassetted styles you see on harbourfront mansions. A big range of fabrics, from traditional canvas to mould- and mildew-resistant acrylics, including all-weather versions that are more water-resistant.   Goodearl can also re-skin worn awnings with new fabrics.
